This year at EDC Las Vegas 2025, Insomniac Radio took innovation to the next level by creating a dedicated live interview space designed to engage fans and amplify their brand presence throughout the festival.
In collaboration with Adele Vannini Dalve from Thirteen Universe, we crafted a vibrant, inviting environment featuring creative furniture and eye-catching branding elements. The standout piece was a custom sign with the Insomniac Radio logo as well as the Powered by The Studio North America, providing the perfect focal point for on-air interviews.
To add a fun and functional touch, we designed custom record player coasters, featuring co-branding from the event along with a collaboration with The Studio North America. Each coaster included a QR code linked directly to the website, encouraging audience engagement. The space was further enhanced with branded stanchions displaying the TSNA The Studio logo, website, and QR code— all of which were tracked for impact to measure engagement effectively.
Additionally, The Studio North America supplied a themed Steamer Trunk adorned with sponsor graphics and filled with exclusive TSNA shot glasses, creating a memorable souvenir experience for attendees.
The entire campaign not only elevated the live interview experience but also significantly boosted social media buzz and brand awareness. This innovative setup demonstrated how creative design, and strategic branding can transform a festival space into an impactful marketing platform.
